Neil Werner, Executive Director |

| Neil is responsible for funding, budget planning and overall management of the HCSEG organization. He has oversight on all aspects of the HCSEG operation. This includes: community outreach; preparation of funding grants and coordinating with funding agencies; planning and implementing habitat projects; contracting, permitting and reporting in relation to habitat projects. In his leadership role, Neil works closely with the HCSEG board of directors to meet our organizations vision and mission. He is also a liaison for state and federal agencies, legislators, tribes and all other partners. Dan Hannafious, Assistant Executive Director |

| Dan provides oversight to many of the the HCSEG programs. He co-manages the Hood Canal Dissolved Oxygen Program (HCDOP) and is involved with various water quality, shellfish, and habitat projects. He is involved in the Salmon Recovery Funding Board process as a tech team member, provides GIS knowledge that is incorporated into a seasonal StreamTeam intern program, has co-developed and is currently the lead instructor for the Adventure Salmon Camps. Dan attends and presents at various technical meetings, seminars, & HCSEG events. In addition, through his passion for teaching, he has provided Bat Chats for the community for over 10 years. Mona Pillers, Executive Assistant |
 | Mona is responsible for the day to day functions of HCSEG's accounting which includes: billing, recieving, grant preparation, payroll and invoicing. Among other operational functions, Mona is our recorder. She diligently attends, prepares, and submits reports for all meetings. She prepares annual and financial reports for grants and foundations. In addition, she researches information for projects, grants and legislative policies.  | Kim is responsible for general business operations and the day-to-day functions of HCSEG. Among her duties, Kim assists in grant and program administration and other administrative support. Teresa Sjostrom, Steelhead Project manager and lead in Marine Debris removal |

| Teresa leads the steelhead supplementation work on the Dewatto and Tahuya Rivers and oversees the DerelictFishing Gear Removal Project. Teresa manages the CTD data collected by HCSEG and the Skokomish Tribe, processing the data and sending it to the University of Washington. She leads the HCDOP Diver Observation Program and assists with the dissolved oxygen water sampling effort and analysis.As a previous four year intern with the HCSEG, Teresa also trains and coordinates projects with our summer interns. Sean Hildebrandt, Stream sensor manager and Field Technician |

| Sean manages stream and fish surveys, collects GPS data, supervises interns in the field and maintains and builds Wild Salmon Incubators and smolt traps. He is also responsible for freshwater flow monitoring and maintaining stream gauging stations and databases. Additionally, Sean is heavily involved with the HCDOP study and is a primary boat operator/facilitator and assists in marine water sampling efforts. He manages intern data for export to other organizations. Sean has four years of upland and in-stream habitat restoration and fisheries research experience. Renee Rose-Scherdnik, Water Quality Specialist |

| Renee is the manager of the Hood Canal Dissolved Oxygen "Citizens' Monitoring Program", a team of volunteers and interns who monitor the marine waters of Hood Canal on a weekly basis throughout the year (a partnership with the Hood Canal Dissolved Oxygen Program). She coordinates and trains samplers to collect water quality data which is then compiled and shared with the University of Washington and other partners. Renee analyzes weekly dissolved oxygen samples and manages the HCSEG laboratory. Other projects have included water quality sampling efforts for the Lower Union River Restoration Study and the Mission Creeks Water Quality Assessment. In addition, Renee assists with education and outreach opportunities teaching about water quality and salmon-related issues. She coordinates and participates with the Adventure Salmon Camps each summer. Mendy Harlow, Habitat Biologist |

| Mendy manages two of HCSEG's salmon projects, the Dewatto River Nutrification Research Project, and the Union and Tahuya River Summer Chum Restoration Project. For the first project, she is responsible for adult spawner surveys, smolt trap installation and daily checks, benthic macroinvertebrate training for summer interns, and nutrient dispersal. For the second project, she is responsible for the collection of otolith, DNA and scale samples on the Union and Tahuya Rivers as well as working with WDFW staff to collect brood stock. Mendy manages the database for both of these projects. In addition to these salmon related projects, she also manages HCSEG's Knotweed Control and Riparian Restoration Project and the Quilcene Water Quality Monitoring Project. She coordinates knotweed surveys, provides technical support for grant applications and is a licensed aquatic pesticide applicator. She brings together weekly fresh and marine water sampling in Quilcene Bay in conjunction with HCSEG's habitat restoration projects. Michelle Myers, Education Outreach Coordinator & Research Assistant |

| Michelle will be heading up the education and outreach that HCSEG participates in. Specifically, she will help coordinate the Students in the Watershed and Environmental Exploration events. Between her educational duties, she will be assisting on various research projects and the noxious weed removal project during the Spring.
