The StreamTeam Internship Program

"A paid summer internship that, once completed, provides a $2,500 scholarship towards the college of their choice!"

The HCSEG StreamTeam Internship Program provides opportunities to work directly in the stream systems of the Hood Canal Watershed.  Interns gain valuable hands-on field experience while making a positive impact on Wild Salmon ecosystems.  Upon completion of the internship, the participant will receive a $2500 scholarship towards the college of their choice.

  • At completion, a $2,500 scholarship is awarded and paid directly to the college of choice.
  • As interns, students conduct habitat surveys of the streams and river systems of the Hood Canal Watershed, collecting data for monitoring and habitat restoration projects.
